Look at it, a true Bullet in the making. If Italians have the Lambo we have our own Bull(et). There can’t be a more sweeter surprise for any Bullet enthusiast in India, because when the Classic was first showcased at the 2008 Cologne International Bike Show Enfield said that they won’t be launching it in India.
The Classic comes with a 499cc Electronically Fuel Injected (EFI) engine which produces 27.2bhp good enough to push the Bull to a cruising top speed of 125kmph. The classic has a pulling capacity of 41.3Nm which is just 15 less than that of a Maruti 800 and it can be compared with the 800 on the price range as well, it is expected to be price at 1.3Lakh Rupees.
The Styling of the Classis is very original with a single seat with the chrome spring supports. The letters “RE” engraved on the crankcase is more stylish than the apple logo. The silencer is sleek and shinny. The tank is muscular and contemprory with the rubber thigh pads. Even the tire thread is a thing of beauty. The bike looks right out of a world war movie with its Vintage looks. When the Classic is launched, it is sure to turn over some serious style statements.
